Leah and Ian | Married at The LeMont A Quintessential Pittsburgh Wedding

Ian and Leah were married on the last Saturday of December. It was a risk. After all, this is Pittsburgh. The last Saturday of December might have had freezing rain. It might have been hit by a blizzard. It might have been NO degrees.

Not that those things would have mattered. Because Leah and Ian had all their priorities firmly in order. Namely, if at the end of the day, they were man and wife, then the day was perfect.

So, really, when you think about it, maybe the last Saturday of December wasn't such a risk.

Kurt and I shoot our fair share of weddings. I should be immune, maybe, to the emotion and beauty in these days. At the very least, maybe dulled to it. Instead, I get swept up right along with everyone else. Leah and Ian, I cried, I smiled, I laughed aloud...and more than once, I put the camera to my eye and audibly caught my breath.

I confess this is a long blog post, but I just don't believe there is such a thing as "too many pictures".

Leah and Ian were married at 6pm, with little time between the ceremony and reception, so they opted for a "First Look" before the wedding. Make sure you scroll through. You do not want to miss those. You may want to have kleenex handy.

Do you see the photo bomb? You have to watch those pastors! They like to instigate mischief! :)

Congratulations, you two! It was an honor and a privilege to be your wedding photographers.

Smiles,

Angelina (and Kurt) :)
