Kristy, Tom and I got together Friday evening for their engagement shoot. We had the PERFECT location: Riverside Fellows Garden at Mill Creek Park. I mean, seriously. It's gorgeous there this time of year. The weather couldn't have been more cooperative. The flowers and trees were in bloom. Perfection.

Record scratch back to reality.... Oh, yes. See that crowd? Apparently, everyone in Youngstown stops at the gardens for pictures before prom. So, you know, Two's Company. Three's a Crowd. And an entire high school's worth full of kids and their parents make it a par-tay.

But, you know, Kristy and Tom are not people inclined to panic. So, we just decided to roll with it and look for what I call "pockets". And, you know what? Turns out, you really can be alone in a crowd. :)

For any photography enthusiasts out there who are wondering...nope. NOT photoshop magic. Just the magic of light, perspective and the right aperture. :)
